Análisis de la participación social para la protección del derecho a una vida libre de violencia de niños, niñas y adolescentes

Abstract

The main objective of the work was to analyze social participation for the protection of the right to a life free of violence of children and adolescents in educational institutions located in the parish of San Juan de Iluman. The documentary- bibliographic research based on texts was used; laws, regulations, international agreements that explain social participation in depth as an intervention mechanism that can be used by parish citizens to make decisions, guaranteeing the protection of the right to a life free of violence in minors. The findings found indicated cases related to child abuse, exploitation and sexual abuse as crimes defined in the law, it was found in the parents representatives fear, fear at the time of making the relevant complaint. The need to value participation in the community to prevent this type of crime in the present and in the future. The right to life free of violence is a universal right enshrined in human rights as in the Constitution of the Ecuadorian Republic, children and adolescents are considered as the future of a society, therefore it is conducive to develop a security environment that Contribute to the integral and educational development.
