Abstract
La metodología basada en buenas prácticas sistémicas es fundamental para la gestión del desarrollo sostenible, ya que integra enfoques holísticos que promueven un equilibrio entre los aspectos económicos, sociales y ambientales. Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar las buenas prácticas sistémicas para la gestión del desarrollo sostenible. El enfoque metodológico es cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, con diseño no experimental. La muestra abarca 100 profesionales involucrados en proyectos de desarrollo sostenible. Los resultados revelan que la implementación de buenas prácticas sistémicas de gestión mejora la efectividad de los proyectos y fomenta una mayor colaboración entre actores. Las conclusiones sugieren la necesidad de fortalecer la formación y capacitación de los profesionales en este ámbito, así como de promover la colaboración entre diferentes actores para lograr una transformación sistémica hacia modelos de desarrollo más sostenibles.
