Abstract
El gobierno electrónico medra la gestión pública sintetizando procesos administrativos. Para esto se analizó cómo el gobierno electrónico contribuye a disminuir la corrupción en el gobierno. Realizando un análisis detallado según el enfoque del método PRISMA, examinando 26 artículos publicados entre 2020 y 2025. Los resultados revelan una inclinación a activar el gobierno electrónico admitiendo una medida anticorrupción. Promoviendo el incremento de transparencia y eficiencia dentro de las plataformas digitales. Siendo importante que los ciudadanos se habitúen con estos nuevos procesos, lo que contribuirá a una comunicación más efectiva con el gobierno, fortaleciendo la transparencia. Así se concluye que el gobierno electrónico ayuda a combatir la corrupción en diferentes niveles de gobierno. Por otro lado, es esencial proporcionar capacitaciones para reducir la falta de conocimientos tecnológicos entre los ciudadanos. Es esencial centrar los esfuerzos en concertar herramientas digitales con un modelo de gobierno electrónico que sea más transparente y accesible.
