Abstract
El neuroliderazgo, una disciplina que combina los avances de la neurociencia con los principios del liderazgo, busca comprender cómo el funcionamiento cerebral. el objetivo del estudio es explicar la influencia del Neuroliderazgo en la Inteligencia Competitiva de los estudiantes universitarios de Administración de dos universidades públicas en la región Apurímac. El estudio, se orienta en el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental. Utilizó un cuestionario validado, aplicado a 386 estudiantes. Los resultados muestran que el neuroliderazgo influye significativamente en la inteligencia competitiva (R² Nagelkerke = 0,466, p < 0,05), destacando la importancia de la inteligencia emocional y la toma de decisiones. Se recomienda su integración en la formación universitaria. Se concluye que el neuroliderazgo ejerce una influencia significativa y positiva en la inteligencia competitiva de los estudiantes de las universidades públicas investigadas.

The objective of this study is to explain the influence of Neuroleadership on the Competitive Intelligence of undergraduate business students from two public universities in the Apurímac region. The study is guided by a quantitative approach and non-experimental design. It used a validated questionnaire administered to 386 students. The results show that neuroleadership significantly influences competitive intelligence (R² Nagelkerke = 0.466, p < 0.05), highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence and decision-making. Its integration into university education is recommended. It is concluded that neuroleadership exerts a significant and positive influence on the competitive intelligence of students from the public universities studied.
