Abstract
Se trata de un paciente con adenoma hipofisiario que presenta cefalea y lesión completa del motor ocular común derecho. La cirugía y el estudio histopatológico confirman el diagnóstico, además datos de apoplejía pituitaria. La evolución postoperatoria es favorable con recuperación progresiva de la lesión del motor ocular común.
One is a patient with pituitary adenoma who initially has headache and complete palsy of the right oculomotor nerve. The diagnosis is confirm by de surgical procedure and the hystopatological study, besides they show facts of pituitary apoplexy. The postoperative evolution is auspicious with progressive recovery of the oculomotor nerve injury.
