Abstract
Esta investigación fue una investigación experimental, cuyo objetivo fue conocer el efecto de la gestión integrada a la IA en planificación académica y la gestión del talento en los centros educativos en el distrito de Los Olivos. Para llevar a cabo este experimento se tomaron en cuenta las investigaciones realizada por Akansh et al. (2025); Siminto et al. (2023) y Guerra Morales et al. (2024) y considerando la decisión para incorporar la gestión integrada a la IA y el soporte tecnológico, se elaboró un proceso para modificar la variable independiente y con ello mejorar la planificación académica y la gestión del talento, el resultado fue favorable y los participantes dieron evidencia de las mejoras previstas.
This research was an experimental investigation, the objective of which was to know the effect of integrated management with AI in academic planning and talent management in educational centers in the Los Olivos district. To carry out this experiment, the research carried out by Akansh et al. (2025); Siminto et al. (2023) and Guerra Morales et al. (2024) were taken into account and considering the decision to incorporate integrated management with AI and technological support, a process was developed to modify the independent variable and thereby improve academic planning and talent management, the result was favorable and the participants gave evidence of the expected improvements.
