La difícil relación de la derecha con la igualdad

Abstract

The author of this lecture carries out a historical review of the political right's relationship with equality. Although this relationship has not been a close one, he is encouraged by the rise to prominence of a new generation of thinkers in Chile who are "characterized by their specifically political approach to the problem of equality". With them, the liberty-equality polarity as a correlate of the right-left polarity could be qualified or devalued.
