Abstract
RESUMEN: El presente artículo tiene como objetivo presentar algunas ideas esenciales sobre un tema de moda en España y Europa, la mediación familiar, como una de las fórmulas más destacadas en el ámbito de la resolución extrajudicial de conflictos. En estas ideas preliminares se analiza el marco conceptual de la mediación familiar, con especial incidencia en algunas cuestiones metodológicas en relación a la normativa vigente en España.
ABSTRACT: This article aims to present some essential ideas on a hottopic in Spain and Europe, the family mediation, as one of the most important formulas in the field of dispute resolution. In these preliminary ideas, it is analized the conceptual framework of the family mediation, with special emphasis on some methodological issues related to the current regulation in Spain.
