Abstract
El propósito de este trabajo consiste en fundamentar y ejemplificar elementos centrales de la terapia sistémica con adolescentes, estableciendo como aspecto principal la comprensión del consultante en tanto las relaciones que está llamado a desarrollar, consigo mismo, los otros, el contexto que le rodea y las características generales de su ciclo vital del desarrollo. Se presenta una propuesta de terapia que destaca como primordial la construcción de una relación terapéutica, en la que el terapeuta se establece como un adulto significativo en el proceso de cambio del adolescente, sosteniendo una postura de acompañamiento y colaboración, por sobre la intervención. Para ello se ejemplifican maniobras de encuadre, indagación en el motivo de consulta, co-construcción de objetivos terapéuticos y sugerencias para el cierre del proceso.
The purpose of this work is to base and exemplify central elements of systemic therapy with adolescents, establishing as a main aspect the adolescent's understanding as the relationships he is called to develop, with himself, the others, the surrounding context and the general characteristics of its life cycle of development. A therapy proposal is presented that highlights the construction of a therapeutic relationship, in which the therapist establishes himself as a significant adult in the process of adolescent change, holding a supportive and collaborative posture, over the intervention. For this, framing maneuvers, inquiry into the reason for consultation, co-construction of therapeutic objectives and suggestions for closing the process are exemplified.
