LA INCIDENCIA DE LA GERENCIA HUMANISTA EN LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE ORGANIZACIONES INTELIGENTES
Abstract
This essay addresses the role that the new humanist management plays in the construction of intelligent organizations; the execution of the same part of the premise that the development of the human being as a fundamental element within society generates profound impacts on organizations, fostering greater productivity and performance based on new ways and patterns of thought where people learn continuously and in whole, as part of a whole. Although the importance of the human element in work and the concept of intelligent organizations is not something entirely new, today there is still a very marked tendency to focus exclusively on the economic aspect, which is one of the main factors that impede development. management practices centered on the power and independence of the worker. The humanistic management approach points to an adequate relationship, treatment, attention, assessment and direction of personnel, as an essential factor for greater productivity and performance of organizations, characteristics that are not only present even in the future, but will also be those that guarantee greater comprehensive and global competitiveness, fostering continuous learning to keep up with the constant changes in the business market. These changes are possible to face through intelligent organizations, being these the ones that facilitate the learning of all their members, capable of modifying their rules of action, written or not, as often as necessary to satisfy the demands of the environment, allowing to learn from consciously while carrying out their tasks towards the path of success.
