Abstract
La investigación se realizó con el objetivo de crear potencial transformador en la juventud de 15 a 19 años del distrito Castilla - Piura, mediante la aplicación de la metodología de Aprendizaje servicio. Con un enfoque cuantitativo y diseño preexperimental de corte transversal, se trabajó con una muestra de 30 jóvenes. Los resultados indican que el 60% alcanzó un nivel destacado en empoderamiento, evidenciando el desarrollo de habilidades para la toma de decisiones y el fortalecimiento de sus capacidades; el 37% logró el nivel esperado y el 3 % mostró un desarrollo más lento. A partir de estos hallazgos, se establece la conclusión: La aplicación de la metodología de aprendizaje servicio en jóvenes tuvo un impacto positivo en su desarrollo, fortaleciendo su empoderamiento, liderazgo y capacidad emprendedora. Además, la totalidad de los participantes evidenció un cambio positivo en su potencial transformador, lo que los habilita como "Jóvenes Líderes Emprendedores de Éxito".
The research was conducted with the aim of creating transformative potential in youth aged 15 to 19 in the Castilla - Piura district, through the application of the Service-Learning methodology. With a quantitative approach and a pre-experimental cross-sectional design, a sample of 30 young people was worked with. The results indicate that 60% reached an outstanding level of empowerment, evidencing the development of decision-making skills and the strengthening of their capacities; 37% achieved the expected level and 3% showed a slower development. Based on these findings, the final conclusion is established: The application of the Service-Learning methodology in young people had a positive impact on their development, strengthening their empowerment, leadership and entrepreneurial capacity. In addition, all participants showed a positive change in their transformative potential, which enables them to be "Successful Young Entrepreneurial Leaders".
