Desarrollo de habilidades sociales en la práctica pedagógica de docentes de secundaria: una revisión sistemática

Abstract
Las habilidades sociales constituyen un componente esencial en la formación del ser humano, dado su carácter relacional y su incidencia en el desarrollo personal y académico. Estas habilidades comienzan a consolidarse en el entorno familiar y se fortalecen en los espacios educativos, especialmente durante la educación secundaria. El objetivo del presente artículo fue describir la importancia del desarrollo de habilidades sociales (DHS) en la práctica pedagógica de los docentes de nivel secundario. Para ello, se empleó una metodología de revisión sistemática, realizando la búsqueda de información en bases de datos científicas como Scopus, SciELO, Web of Science y Latindex. La selección de los estudios se realizó siguiendo la técnica PRISMA, lo que permitió identificar y revisar un total de veinticinco artículos pertinentes. Los resultados evidenciaron que el DHS es clave para fortalecer la convivencia escolar, facilitar el manejo de conflictos, fomentar la empatía y mejorar el rendimiento académico. En conclusión, el desarrollo de habilidades sociales en la práctica pedagógica constituye un factor determinante en la formación integral del estudiante, al promover relaciones interpersonales positivas y un entorno educativo favorable para el aprendizaje.

These skills begin to be consolidated in the family environment and are strengthened in educational spaces, especially during secondary education.
