Abstract

Self-esteem is a fundamental element in the life of each student, for the development of social skills and personal skills. The purpose of this scientific article is to Understand the Components of Self-Esteem as a strengthening of the students’ school participation in the educational event of the “Carmen Salles” Nuclearized Workshop Center, located in the Libertador Municipality of Merida State. Framed in a qualitative phenomenological investigation; The key informants three (3) teachers with 10 years of uninterrupted service, the in-depth interview was used as an information gathering technique, with a script of questions as an information collection instrument. For the Credibility and Confirmability the triangulation of the information was carried out.
