dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objeto estudiar la problemática de las limitaciones en cuanto a los desajustes y contradicciones en la cooperación y coordinación entre el Sistema de Justicia Boliviana y la jurisdicción indígena originaria campesina de Qhara Qhara Suyu a partir de la institucionalidad pluricultural del Estado Boliviano. Emprendemos la temática con el estudio describiendo su ubicación, las características, fundamentos, ámbitos de aplicación y detección de la problemática en cuanto a la convivencia con las otras jurisdicciones en el sistema judicial boliviano.es
