Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objeto estudiar la problemática de las limitaciones en cuanto a los desajustes y contradicciones en la cooperación y coordinación entre el Sistema de Justicia Boliviana y la jurisdicción indígena originaria campesina de Qhara Qhara Suyu a partir de la institucionalidad pluricultural del Estado Boliviano. Emprendemos la temática con el estudio describiendo su ubicación, las características, fundamentos, ámbitos de aplicación y detección de la problemática en cuanto a la convivencia con las otras jurisdicciones en el sistema judicial boliviano.
The present research aims to study the problem of limitations referred to imbalances and contradictions in cooperation and coordination between the Bolivian Justice System and the native indigenous peasant jurisdiction of Qhara Qhara Suyu firom the pluricultural institutional framework of the Bolivian State. The issue is approached from the description of its location, characteristics, foundations as well as the application and detection áreas of the problem in terms of coexistence with other jurisdictions in the Bolivian judicial system
