Abstract
RESUMEN: En este artículo se examina la intervención de Organismos Internacionales en el Chaco chuquisaqueño. Debido a la existencia de comunidades cautivas en Chuquisaca surgen denuncias ante instancias internacionales, evidenciando relaciones de servidumbre y trabajo forzoso. Además, el artículo hace hincapié sobre la ausencia del Estado en la defensa y garantía de los derechos del Pueblo Guaraní.

Due the existence of captive communities, complaints arose to International instances, showing relationships of servitude and forced labor.
