Una mirada crítica e interseccional a los derechos de las mujeres afganas
Abstract
La presente investigación de carácter cualitativo tiene como objetivo general mostrar la evolución de los derechos de las mujeres en los diferentes regímenes políticos de Afganistán a través de un análisis interseccional. Para este fin, se hace un repaso histórico identificando a los regímenes políticos donde se evidencia las vulneraciones a los derechos de las mujeres afganas según las distintas facciones político-religiosas de turno en los diferentes conflictos bélicos por más de cuarenta años (1979-2021). Desde la perspectiva de la interseccionalidad se analizan factores tales como la cultura, género, etnia y religión, los cuales se configuran de manera interrelacionada y condicionan la situación de las mujeres en Afganistán.
The primary objective of this qualitative research is to examine the evolution of women's rights under various political regimes in Afghanistan through an intersectional lens. To this end, the study undertakes a historical review. identifying the political regimes in which violations of Afghan women's rights were more pronounced, depending on the political and religious factions in power during the armed conflicts over more than forty years (1979-2021). From an intersectional perspective, it analyzes factors such as culture, gender, ethnicity, and religion, which are interrelated and shape the situation of women in Afghanistan.
