Abstract
The dynamics of current life, the increase of personal obligations and daily activities have caused people to leave aside an essential emotion: happiness; a horizon or for many a slight utopia that can not be fully achieved and the closer it gets to it, the latter changes and changes but is not impossible to touch. In this search of the road the term “Felicacy” appears, still unknown to many and which is a new way of directing within organizations; a manage tool in a different way. Having happier managers and workers was not considered a necessity at the end of the 20th century, but nowadays we understand the importance of having motivated personnel, committed to the organization and facilitating the free work of unnecessary tensions so that talent and productivity and obtain the desired results with the lowest possible cost. The Felicacy is a more humanistic management style designed for people that helps to know how they can be happier to obtain the best results that would also serve as a strategy to avoid the habit of procrastination within any type of organization which can also be born as a direct product of the dissatisfaction and unhappiness of each individual that lives in any space. This documentary research is new and aims to give greater publicity and recognition to this new conceptualization, hoping that it will open many spaces and serve as a reference to achieve the improvement of organizations.
