Abstract
El presente trabajo intitulado "El rol del trabajador social en procesos de solución de conflictos en institución del sector salud" es un trabajo de corte cualitativo que nos permite comprender bajo un enfoque descriptivo y analítico, cuáles han sido los factores de incidencias que un trabajador social tiene como gestor entre la institución y la sociedad, así como la importancia de comprender los hechos que acontecen en el contexto social de prestador y facilitador en el instituto de salud pública. Para la labor del trabajador social es importante que a partir de la comprensión de las relaciones sociales que emergen día a día se tenga la habilidad y conocimiento como facilitador del diálogo entre las personas y realizar de forma eficiente la labor comprendiendo y abordando los sucesos de forma profesional.
The present work entitled "The role of the social worker in conflict resolution processes in the health sector institution" is a qualitative work that allows us to understand from a descriptive and analytical approach, what have been the incident factors that a social worker has as a manager between the institution and society, as well as the importance of understanding the events that occur in the social context of provider and facilitator in the public health institute. For the work of the social worker, it is important that from the understanding of the social relationships that emerge day by day, there is the skill and knowledge as a facilitator of dialogue between people and efficiently carry out the work, understanding and addressing the events in an efficient manner professional.
