Abstract
The interest of this research arises from the need to rethink the knowledge management processes in our governance models. Theorists such as Castells (2009) mention in their latest works that new technologies have the challenge in front of them, underpinning the evolution of closed and vertical structures that we know from more open and horizontal models, where knowledge within the organization is used effectively. And efficient for the benefit of the same and where nodes or networks of creation and / or transfer of knowledge are generated with exogenous actors that generate contributions with robust social and inclusive.
