Abstract

This report has the essential aim of analyzing the majority vote of the Constitutional Court’s sentence about the project of abortion for three causes. The voting did note repeal the court’s precedent regarding the legal-constitutional personality of the still-to-be-born child. Thus, this paper seeks to reconstruct the court’s argument, as well as present the legal effects that the revocation has on the application of the new law.
