| dc.description.abstract | El rendimiento académico identifica los logros de aprendizajes necesarios en el proceso educativo y se ven influenciados por diversas características. Este estudio tuvo como propósito identificar la relación entre autoestima y rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de Enfermería. La investigación fue correlacional y transversal. Se utilizó el instrumento Inventario de autoestima de Coopersmith. Participaron 88 estudiantes de Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo (UNASAM) Ancash- Perú. Se observó en los resultados que la mayoría de estudiantes obtuvieron niveles de autoestima alto y un rendimiento académico bajo. Además, se demostró que no existe estadísticamente una correlación significativa entre autoestima y rendimiento académico. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Academic performance identifies the learning achievements necessary in the educational process and is influenced by various characteristics. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between self-esteem and academic performance of Nursing students. The research was correlational and cross-sectional. The Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory instrument was used. 88 Nursing students from the Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo National University (UNASAM) Ancash-Peru participated. It was observed in the results that the majority of students obtained high levels of self-esteem and low academic performance. In addition, it was shown that there is no statistically significant correlation between self-esteem and academic performance. | en |
