On the Concept of Legal Procedure

Abstract

Since the legal procedure produces more effect on the legislate , law enforcement and observance of law than that on the lawsuit , the formation of legal procedure concept is of great importance in the education in the general knowledge of law and in the development of people's awareness of law.
