Habilidades blandas en estudiantes universitarios: Una revisión sistemática

Abstract
La literatura reciente en el ámbito educativo reconoce la necesidad de reformular las metodologías pedagógicas con el fin de promover el desarrollo de habilidades sociales en los estudiantes. En este contexto, la presente revisión sistemática tuvo como propósito analizar el concepto de habilidades blandas y los efectos de su fortalecimiento en la formación universitaria. Para ello, se realizó un proceso de búsqueda, selección y análisis de documentos científicos indexados en las bases de datos Scopus y SciELO, utilizando operadores booleanos y palabras clave en español e inglés. Once estudios cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y fueron examinados según sus enfoques teóricos, definiciones operativas y conclusiones. Los resultados evidencian consenso en torno a la importancia de fomentar las habilidades blandas como medio para mejorar la empleabilidad y la adaptación al entorno laboral. Asimismo, se resalta la pertinencia de aplicar metodologías activas que impulsen su desarrollo integral.

In this context, the purpose of this systematic review was to analyze the concept of soft skills and the effects of their strengthening in university education. For this purpose, a process of search, selection and analysis of scientific papers indexed in the Scopus and SciELO databases was carried out, using Boolean operators and keywords in Spanish and English. Eleven studies met the inclusion criteria and were examined according to their theoretical approaches, operational definitions and conclusions. The results show consensus on the importance of promoting soft skills as a means of improving employability and adaptation to the work environment. Likewise, the relevance of applying active methodologies that promote their integral development is highlighted.
