Abstract

The study of organizations that make life in cities, as a growing social reality and the need to focus their efforts towards sustainability, requires an epistemological and metodological position different from the classic tendencies. The limited of the latter matters does not allow the incorporation of factors such as historical, subjective – human and reciprocal cultural incluence, when they can not directly and efficiency of the organizarion. Organizational studies, as a tred, make it possible.
