Impacto de las plataformas virtuales en la educación básica regular pública

Abstract
La investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar el impacto de las plataformas virtuales en el rendimiento académico en la educación básica regular pública de la ciudad de Pedro Ruiz Gallo, Amazonas, Perú, en el periodo escolar 2019 y 2020. La metodología fue de carácter descriptivo, explicativo, con un enfoque de estudio cuantitativo, compuesta con una muestra de 321 estudiantes entre nivel educativo inicial, primaria y secundaria; para la recolección de datos se aplicó un cuestionario. Se obtuvo como resultado que las herramientas más utilizadas por estudiantes para adquirir conocimientos fue el celular con el 77.3%, el 55% las herramientas de WhatsApp y el 66% utilizan plataformas virtuales, logrando el 62% de los estudiantes a tener un nivel de rendimiento académico bueno y satisfecho con sus clases, concluyendo que el rendimiento académico no se ha visto afectada por COVID-19 antes y después de la pandemia.
