Abstract
En la actualidad el desarrollo tecnológico contribuye a mejorar la vida, a pesar de esto, es necesario incursionar en el uso de de la Inteligencia Artificial en las empresas paulatinamente y se evaluará cada paso que se tome, para que su adaptación sea óptima y apropiada, en función de las necesidades de la empresa. Por lo que el presente estudio trazó analizar las principales oportunidades y desafíos de la IA en las empresas, mediante una revisión sistemática, se examinaron 88 artículos publicados entre 2019 y 2024, empleando las bases de datos Dialnet, Scielo y Redalyc. La metodología que se utilizó fue PRISMA con enfoque cualitativo, se emplearon palabras claves como "Inteligencia Artificial", "Empresas", "Oportunidades" y "Desafíos". Los resultados subrayan que la Inteligencia Artificial en la administración empresarial, trae beneficios, haciendo que la estructura organizacional labore de forma más efectiva, permitiendo así ahorrar tiempo y recursos, y proporcionar un mejor servicio a los clientes.
