Abstract
El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo presentar una revisión sistemática de la investigación científica de la cultura organizacional en las empresas de servicio turismo para lo cual el estudio se realizó mediante el análisis de la información de literatura confiable, así como bases teóricas, de la categoría: Cultura organizacional, a través de la revisión de bases de datos en Web of Science, Scielo, Scopus y EBSCOhost. Sobre la conceptualización de la variable, la cultura organizacional define y determina los principios y valores que orientan las conductas hacia el desempeño empresarial. De la investigación realizada se determinó que la cultura organizacional es importante para el éxito empresarial, al ser la estructura esencial, manifestada en el esfuerzo y colaboración que debe existir en los miembros, que influye en el comportamiento de la empresa y en su capacidad de alcanzar los objetivos deseados.
The purpose of this article was to present a systematic review of scientific research on organizational culture in tourism service companies. For this purpose, the study was conducted by analyzing information from reliable literature, as well as theoretical bases, of the category: Organizational culture, through the review of databases in Web of Science, Scielo, Scopus and EBSCOhost. Regarding the conceptualization of the variable, organizational culture defines and determines the principles and values that guide behaviors towards business performance. From the research carried out, it was determined that organizational culture is important for business success, as it is the essential structure, manifested in the effort and collaboration that must exist in the members, which influences the behavior of the company and its ability to achieve the desired objectives.
