Clima organizacional en la relación motivación-compromiso organizacional en el sector eléctrico: estudio de buenas prácticas

Abstract
Actualmente resulta persistente el reconocimiento de la importancia del clima organizacional para el desarrollo de las organizaciones y los recursos humanos. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue describir el estado de las investigaciones sobre el impacto del clima organizacional en la motivación y el compromiso organizacional en Latinoamérica, contextualizado en el entorno laboral del sector eléctrico, prácticas. La metodología utilizada fue una revisión cualitativa mediante un análisis de contenido de documentos, que incluyó artículos originales y de revisión publicados desde 2014 al 2024, con las siguientes palabras clave: clima organizacional, motivación, compromiso organizacional, sector eléctrico, estudio de buenas prácticas en Scielo y Google Académico. La revisión permitió establecer las características de las investigaciones sobre el clima organizacional, el impacto del mismo en la motivación y el compromiso organizacional en el entorno laboral referido a nivel regional y algunos ejemplos de buenas prácticas.

The objective of this research was to describe the state of research on the impact of the organizational climate on motivation and organizational commitment in Latin America, contextualized in the work environment of the electrical sector, as well as to reveal a study of good practices. The methodology used was a qualitative review through a content analysis of documents, which included original and review articles published from 2014 to 2024, with the following keywords: organizational climate, motivation, organizational commitment, electrical sector, study of good practices in Scielo and Google Scholar. The review carried out allowed to establish the characteristics of research on the organizational climate, its impact on motivation and organizational commitment in the work environment referred to at a regional level and some examples of good practices.
