Abstract
Este estudio analiza cómo la diversificación productiva influye en el desarrollo agroindustrial desde un enfoque de gestión pública y políticas de desarrollo. el objetivo de esta investigación consiste en analizar la relación entre la diversificación productiva y el desarrollo agroindustrial de las regiones Huaral y Huancayo. La metodología utilizada fue un enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal, se encuestó a 151 productores agroindustriales mediante muestreo no probabilístico. Los resultados destacan que la diversificación productiva tiene un impacto positivo y significativo en el desarrollo económico y ambiental del sector agroindustrial en ambas regiones. Las empresas que han implementado estrategias diversificadas presentan mejores indicadores de eficiencia, sostenibilidad e integración regional, lo que refuerza su competitividad y resiliencia en el mercado. Como conclusión, la diversificación productiva es clave para el desarrollo, pero su impacto no es uniforme en todas las regiones por lo cual es necesario diseñar políticas y estrategias adaptadas a cada realidad local, en lugar de aplicar modelos genéricos que no toman en cuenta las particularidades de cada región.
This study analyzes how productive diversification influences agroindustrial development from a public management and development policy approach. The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between productive diversification and agroindustrial development in the Huaral and Huancayo regions. The methodology used was a quantitative approach and a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design. 151 agroindustrial producers were surveyed through non-probabilistic sampling. The results show that productive diversification has a positive and significant impact on the economic and environmental development of the agroindustrial sector in both regions. Companies that have implemented diversified strategies have better indicators of efficiency, sustainability and regional integration, which reinforces their competitiveness and resilience in the market. In conclusion, productive diversification is key to development, but its impact is not uniform in all regions, so it is necessary to design policies and strategies adapted to each local reality, instead of applying generic models that do not take into account the particularities of each region.
