Abstract
La investigación estudia la vivienda colectiva como un factor de diferenciación social debido a que es un recurso que se distribuye de manera desigual entre sus residentes y que provoca distinciones de clase que son expresadas en la vida cotidiana, mostrando así diferentes condiciones de vida. Explora desde lo micro temas estructurales y concretos a partir del estudio de tres casos que expresan problemáticas de clase social, organización interna, parentesco, espacio social y gobernanza.
This research studies shared housing as a factor of social differentiation, since it is a resource that is unequally distributed among the residents and provokes class distinctions which are expressed in daily life, thus displaying different living conditions. It explores structural and practical issues from the micro level on the basis of three case studies which express problems of social class, internal organization, kinship, social space and governance.
