Abstract
The objective of the research was to optimize academic performance and student and scientific reading comprehension, based on the application of scientific advances in different branches of the Universal Model of Learning by Meaningful Comprehensive Comprehension. Methodologically, it was a multiscientific bibliographic research, interpretive approach, functional design and field application for its verification and verification. The results revealed the optimization of student performance and scientific reading comprehension through the use of two conditioning factors: 1. A learning process based on cybernetics, psychopedagogy, informatics, thought development, electrochemical neurology, macro-micro principle, educational methodologies presented in chronological order according to their appearance in the history of humanity, and 2. The application of a reading comprehension technique in a construction and comprehension of a higher level of knowledge. It was concluded that there is no optimal learning if there is no progression and sequentiality of the learning process and the application of the comprehension technique.
