Abstract

Para mi constituye un gran privilegio que la Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura me haya dado la oportunidad de escribir estas breves líneas a manera de presentación de la obra Derecho Procesal Penal. Y constituye un gran privilegio porque tuve la honrosa oportunidad de trabajar desde la Escuela de la Judicatura la idea de la elaboración de un texto de esta naturaleza, cuando me desempeñaba como gerente de formación y capacitación de esa prestigiosa institución del Poder Judicial. | It is a great privilege for me that the National School of the Judiciary has given me the opportunity to write these brief lines as a presentation of the work Criminal Procedural Law. And it constitutes a great privilege because I had the honorable opportunity to work from the School of the Judiciary on the idea of preparing a text of this nature, when I worked as the education and training manager of that prestigious institution of the Judiciary.
