Abstract
La violencia contra las mujeres y la violación de sus derechos humanos representan uno de los mayores desafíos de la sociedad actual. El objetivo fue analizar los desafíos y perspectivas para la erradicación de la violencia contra las mujeres y la vulneración de sus derechos humanos. A través de una revisión sistemática de investigaciones publicadas en los últimos cinco años. Se empleó un enfoque cualitativo, bajo las directrices del protocolo PRISMA. La búsqueda se realizó en bases de datos Scopus, Scielo, Dialnet, EBSCO y Latindex, seleccionando 20 estudios. Los hallazgos evidenciaron escasez de investigaciones en la vulneración de los derechos humanos de mujeres víctimas de violencia. En este sentido, la violencia de género se identificó como una forma extrema de discriminación y una violación sistemática que limita el desarrollo personal, la libertad y la seguridad de las mujeres. En conclusión, la protección de las mujeres exige la implementación de políticas integrales y estrategias efectivas que fomenten entornos seguros y libres de violencia.

The search was conducted in Scopus, Scielo, Dialnet, EBSCO, and Latindex databases, selecting 20 studies. The findings revealed a paucity of research on the violation of the human rights of women victims of violence. In this sense, gender-based violence was identified as an extreme form of discrimination and a systematic violation that limits women's personal development, freedom, and security. In conclusion, the protection of women requires the implementation of comprehensive policies and effective strategies that promote safe, violence-free environments.
