Abstract
En la economía moderna se han estudiado muchas formas de analizar la previsibilidad de los mercados con el fin de anticiparse a las necesidades de consumo y además optimizando los recursos disponibles en un momento dado o ganancias futuras; sin embargo la realidad compleja propone comportamientos dinámicos que a través de la Teoría del Caos se pueden entender los atractores del modelo que aproximan posibles escenarios. La presente investigación aborda el comportamiento de consumo de la población boliviana en la categoría de gasto de Alimentos, bebidas y tabaco desde una perspectiva compleja tomando en cuenta su evolución histórica.
In the modern economy, many ways of analyzing the predictability of markets have been studied in order to anticipate consumption needs and also optimizing the resources available at a given moment or future earnings; However, the complex reality proposes dynamic behaviors that, through the Chaos Theory, the attractors of the model that approximate possible scenarios can be understood. The present investigation approaches the consumption behavior of the Bolivian population in the category of expenditure of Food, beverages and tobacco from a complex perspective taking into account its historical evolution.
