Abstract
RESUMEN: El presente estudio trata de ofrecer una visión de la acción popular desde una perspectiva constitucional. Para ello se procederá a hablar de su regulación dentro de la Constitución Española de 1978, haciendo referencia a la regulación de desarrollo y problemas que presenta esta regulación con lo indicado por el constituyente.
ABSTRACT: The presentstudy aimsto provide an overviewof actio popularis from a constitutional perspective. To do this they will speak about their regulation within the Spanish Constitution of 1978, making a reference to development regulation and the problems the problems of their application in relation with as provided in the Constitution.
