DIAGNÓSTICO DE LA GESTIÓN DEL CAPITAL INTELECTUAL EN LAS EMPRESAS TELEFÓNICAS DE LA CIUDAD DE SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA EN BOLIVIA

Abstract

This project shows the results of a diagnostic study of the management and measurement of intellectualcapital in the four telephone companies in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra in Bolivia. For this purpose,the following methods and scientific techniques were used: Case study, content analysis, questionnaire and triangulation of sources. The results show that the management of intangibles is satisfactory, but the use anddissemination of measurement indicators of such management is insufficient.
