Abstract
This paper presents a method for Wind Farms future projects analysis, and integration percentage deduction in Weak Power Systems. In weak power systems, Wind Farms produces two effects: a decreasing primary frequency regulation and power systems global inertia reduction. Wind Farms have no obligations in primary frequency regulation. New Technologies applied in wind farms are Full Converter, which means without rotating masses. These two effects produce a power systems rehabilitee reduction. In this article, a method for weak power systems stability analysis, considering Wind Farms, is proposed. Power flow tool is also applied according to verify transmission system capacity y sufficiency. The proposed method have been validated using a real power system of Bolivia; and analysis of obtained results shows suitable agreement with other analysis performed in power systems of countries of Latino America (LA).
