Abstract
Las estrategias de resolución de problemas matemáticos en la educación secundaria son importantes porque permite desarrollar las habilidades fundamentales del conocimiento matemático cómo el pensamiento crítico, la lógica y la capacidad de análisis. Las estrategias fomentan la creatividad y la perseverancia para explorar y tomar soluciones que les permita ser eficientes en la comprensión de las matemáticas. El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar las estrategias efectivas para la resolución de problemas matemáticos en la educación secundaria identificando el impacto que tiene en la comprensión de los estudiantes. El estudio fue una revisión sistemática que desarrolló una metodología con un enfoque cualitativo, de diseño no experimental. La búsqueda se desarrolló en la base de datos de ProQuest y EBSCOhost utilizando operadores booleanos AND y OR. Como resultado se evidenció que las estrategias de resolución de problemas mejoran la comprensión de las matemáticas aumentando su interés por el aprendizaje.

The strategies encourage creativity and perseverance to explore and take solutions that allow them to be efficient in understanding mathematics. The aim of the present study was to analyze effective strategies for mathematical problem solving in secondary education by identifying the impact it has on students' understanding. The study was a systematic review that developed a methodology with a qualitative approach, non-experimental design. The search was carried out in the ProQuest and EBSCOhost databases using Boolean operators AND and OR. As a result, it was evidenced that problem-solving strategies improve the understanding of mathematics, increasing their interest in learning.
