Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the relationship between those constructs by introducing variables: age and job tenure. Previous research work proved that the time factor interacts as well the Commitment and the Psychological Contract. Main conclusion describes while the relationships between employees and their organizations are dynamic, are also particularly sensitive to time. Data showed that the older age more commitment presents. This relationship is expressed most clearly in the continuance component. About job tenure, was clearly affected in the strength of both types of psychological contract (relational and transactional), while job tenure increased.
