Abstract

A descriptive-correlational study was used with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design. Questionnaires were applied to a sample of 52 nominated teachers who worked during the 2020 academic year. The results show a moderately strong positive correlation between teaching perception and pedagogical management and a mostly positive assessment in adaptation and effective response, academic management, reliability and empathy, even though administrative and community dimensions require greater attention. It is concluded that it is necessary to implement strategies that foster a collaborative and mutually supportive environment, which contributes to strengthening trust and institutional responsiveness.
