Abstract
Se consultaron bases de datos como Scopus, Web of Science y PubMed, utilizando la ecuación de búsqueda: ("actividad física" OR "ejercicio") AND ("capacidades condicionales" OR "rendimiento académico") AND ("adolescentes" OR "educación secundaria").

Eighteen studies published between 2019 and 2023 were selected, prioritizing those with quantitative and qualitative methodology. The results showed that physical activity improves concentration, blood oxygenation and mood, favoring learning. It is concluded that it is necessary to design programs with parental participation and teacher training.
