El Sistema De Asistencia Integrala Las Víctimas De Terrorismo En El Ordenamiento Español
Abstract
RESUMEN: El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el análisis del sistema de asistencia integral a las víctimas de terrorismo existente en el ordenamiento español. Éste se haya conformado, básicamente, por una red de oficinas de asistencia a las víctimas y por un régimen estatal ayudas públicas. Se cubren así, las diversas necesidades, no sólo económicas, sino también de atención psicológica, social y jurídica que para las víctimas se derivan de la victimización sufrida.
ABSTRACT: The aim of this paper is to analyze the system of integral assistance to the victims of terrorism in the Spanish legal system. This was basically made up of a network of victim assistance offices and a state aid scheme. This covers the different needs, not only economic, but also psychological, social and legal care that the victims have as a result of the victimization suffered.
