Abstract
La fuerza comercial se ha consolidado como un factor clave para lograr la competitividad y sostenibilidad de las empresas, especialmente en sectores altamente especializados como el de equipos de laboratorio en Lima. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el desempeño de la fuerza comercial en las empresas de equipos de laboratorio en Lima Metropolitana en 2024. El estudio fue cuantitativo, no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal. Se aplicó un cuestionario a 20 colaboradores de cinco empresas en roles de gerencia, representantes y asesores. El instrumento fue validado mostró una alta confiabilidad con un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,940. Los resultados revelaron una percepción alta sobre la gestión de ventas (75%) y el desempeño de la fuerza comercial (80%). La prueba de hipótesis mostró una correlación significativa entre ambas variables (p-valor = 0,020), con una correlación positiva de Spearman de 0,515. Esta investigación contribuye al diseño de estrategias para mejorar el desempeño de la fuerza comercial y aumentar las ventas en este sector.
The sales force has established itself as a key factor in achieving the competitiveness and sustainability of companies, especially in highly specialized sectors such as the laboratory equipment sector in Lima. The objective of this research is to analyze the performance of the sales force in laboratory equipment companies in Metropolitan Lima in 2024. A questionnaire was administered to 20 employees from five companies in management, representative, and advisory roles.
