Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is explained the functioning of the rental market in popular quarter of Bogota. In the first section show a critic to the concept of informal markets of housing and formulate some regards about new definition (Popular Rental Market). In the second and third section show the characteristics of the study quarters and the issues of the develop investment. The conclusion principal is that need to understanding this market how popular in the sense that logics and strategies of the agents is strongly determined by extraeconomics aspects.
