| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this investigation is explained the functioning of the rental market in popular quarter of Bogota. In the first section show a critic to the concept of informal markets of housing and formulate some regards about new definition (Popular Rental Market). In the second and third section show the characteristics of the study quarters and the issues of the develop investment.
