Abstract
La inteligencia artificial es una herramienta necesaria en la gestión pública en beneficio de la población, para la transparencia y participación en sus procesos del gobierno local después del COVID-19. El objetivo de este estudio es evaluar críticamente la literatura existente para determinar qué efectos genera en los gobiernos locales la IA. La metodología es de enfoque cuantitativo, se recopiló mediante revisión sistemática numerosos trabajos científicos que abordan el contexto de IA en los gobiernos locales, se consultaron las bases de datos científicas: Scopus, Google Académico, Wos, Ebsco y Scielo. Se utilizaron como criterios de inclusión frases claves relacionadas con la IA y gestión pública en los gobiernos locales, de los últimos cinco años mediante el sistema PRISMA obteniéndose 15 artículos clasificados. Finalmente, para su implementación de la IA en los gobiernos locales es que el talento humano debe ser preparado para el cambio, abordar los desafíos ético y legales.

Key phrases related to AI and public management in local governments from the last five years were used as inclusion criteria using the PRISMA system, obtaining 15 classified articles. Finally, for the implementation of AI in local governments, human talent must be prepared for change and ethical and legal challenges must be addressed.
