Efectos del módulo autoinstructivo en las competencias investigativas de estudiantes de una universidad privada

Abstract
La investigación tuvo por objetivo conocer el efecto de la aplicación del módulo autoinstructivo en las competencias investigativas en estudiantes de educación, con un diseño cuasiexperimental de tipo aplicada y una muestra conformada por 43 estudiantes. El instrumento cuestionario sobre las competencias investigativas obtuvo una validez de contenido y de constructo, asimismo el grado de confiabilidad fue alta (0,92). Los resultados evidencian que la aplicación del módulo autoinstructivo incrementó las competencias investigativas en los estudiantes, encontrándose diferencias significativas entre el grupo de control y experimental, donde este último obtuvo una mayor puntuación con una diferencia importante expresado en el tamaño de efecto 0,98.
The objective of the research was to know the effect of the application of the self-instructional module in the research competences of education students, with a quasi-experimental design of applied type and a sample made up of 43 students. The questionnaire instrument on investigative competences obtained a validity of content and construct, also the degree of reliability was high (0.92). The results show that the application of the self-instructional module increased the investigative skills in the students, finding significant differences between the control and experimental group, where the latter obtained a higher score with an important difference expressed in the effect size 0.98.
