Estrategias didácticas utilizadas por docentes en un programa universitario para estudiantes adultos trabajadores chilenos

Abstract
La investigación describió las estrategias didácticas útil izadas por los académicos que dictan cátedras en la carrera de Ingeniería en Administración de Empresas del Centro Docente y Vinculación, de la Universidad Arturo Prat en Santiago de Chile, durante los años 2022 al 2023. El enfoque es cuantitativo y descriptivo. Se usó una población de 46 profesores. La información fue procesada y analizada mediante herramienta excel y estadística descriptiva. Los principales resultados arrojaron que las metodologías más utilizadas por los docentes fueron aprendizajes basados en Tics, casos y preguntas exploratorias. Se concluyó que los profesores de la carrera utilizaron estrategias didácticas acordes a un proceso andragógico con estudiantes adultos trabajadores.
The research described the teaching didactic strategies used by academics who teach courses in the Business Administration Engineering program at Centro Docente y Vinculación of Arturo Prat University in Santiago, Chile, during the years 2022 to 2023. The approach is quantitative and descriptive. A population of 46 professors was used. The ¡nformation was processed and analyzed using Excel and descriptive statistics. The main results showed that the methodologies most used by teachers were ICT-based learning, case studies, and exploratory questions. It was concluded that the professors in the program used teaching strategies consistent with an andragogical process with adult working students.
