Inteligencia artificial generativa y medios de comunicación: cómo las tecnologías emergentes transforman la gestión de la información pública

Abstract
La inteligencia artificial (IA) en el ámbito de este medio como la comunicación y la gestión de la información pública ha generado disyuntiva sobre su uso debido y sus debidas implicaciones éticas que corresponde. El objetivo del estudio fue reunir y estudiar información sobre cómo las tecnologías emergentes transforman la gestión de la información pública. Se procuró hacer una revisión sistemática de la mejor manera posible, con la ayuda del método PRISMA. Los recursos de información de nuestra base de datos fueron Scopus, Alicia y Scielo. Los operadores booleanos fueron AND, OR y NOT. La cantidad de artículos encontrados fueron 45, de los propios, estos 15 artículos de España, China y Ecuador, teniendo una predilección por España. Según los resultados obtenidos, el avance en tecnología como la IA generativa está transformando nuestros medios de comunicación e información como el periodismo, además en la búsqueda y resultados del consumidor, nos plantea la necesidad de regular y definir el rol de los emisores y profesionales de la comunicación en una era de alta automatización. La combinación de IA generativa en medios promete optimizar la eficiencia, aunque también exige nuevas normas éticas y profesionales para salvaguardar la transparencia y confianza pública.
Artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of this medium such as communication and public information management has generated dilemma about its proper use and its corresponding ethical implications. The objective of the study was to gather and study information on how emerging technologies transform public information management. We sought to conduct a systematic review in the best possible way, with the help of the PRISMA method. The information resources in our database were Scopus, Alicia and Scielo. The Boolean operators were AND, OR and NOT. The number of articles found was 45, of which 15 were from Spain, China and Ecuador, with a predilection for Spain. According to the results obtained, the advance in technology such as generative AI is transforming our media and information such as journalism, as well as in the search and results of the consumer, it raises the need to regulate and define the role of broadcasters and communication professionals in an era of high automation. The combination of generative AI in media promises to optimize efficiency, but also demands new ethical and professional standards to safeguard transparency and public trust.
